Product's Tasting
Nose: Gentle nose feel, from a mild nose with immediate, rich, fruity aromas. A sweet fresh fruit salad, with white grapes, melon, orange segments, cherries, pineapple and apple, all on a base of candle-wax and sandalwood. A drop of water introduces a fleeting floral note and subdues the fruitiness to favour a sweet suggestion of Scottish tablet toffee.
Palate: At natural strength the texture is very smooth; lightly waxy (teeth-coating) and even creamy in feel. The taste starts sweet, with bright, white grapey notes, then becomes and stays spicy. Chewy on the palate, with a peppery warmth. Becomes lightly drying.
Finish: Long, warming and sweetly drying. With water it finishes sweeter; though it’s still warming, the spiciness is also reduced. Pale melon, now sprinkled with grated ginger.
