These two new accolades bring Mr. Viet’s total Guinness World Records certificates to an unprecedented 20, a landmark achievement in the history of fine spirits collecting. This feat not only solidifies his position as Asia’s preeminent collector but also establishes him as a global icon in the realm of rare and vintage spirits.

Beyond the record-breaking oldest Whisky and Armagnac, Mr. Viet’s collection continues to captivate the global collecting community by encompassing the four most prestigious categories of fine spirits. Each bottle is a certified rarity, acknowledged by Guinness World Records as a treasure of unparalleled historical significance. Among these are the Jules Robin 1696 (329 years old) – the Oldest Cognac in the world preserved in pristine condition – and the Rhum Ancienne Année 1772 (253 years old), recognized as the Oldest Rum in the world.”

To amass this extraordinary collection of the world’s rarest spirits, Mr. Viet has undertaken a relentless and courageous journey, navigating not only vast geographical distances but also the exacting standards of the global collecting elite. He has participated in high-stakes auctions in New York, London, and Hong Kong, while also tirelessly pursuing direct acquisitions from prominent collectors worldwide. Some negotiations spanned years, as transactions in this exclusive sphere transcend mere monetary value, hinging on trust, the ability to preserve these treasures, and a deep respect for their historical significance.

Mr. Viet can truly be described as a “hunter of memories.” His unprecedented achievement of owning all four “timeless treasures” – representing the pinnacle of the world’s most renowned spirit categories – sets a new benchmark in global collecting. This milestone not only secures his 20 prestigious Guinness World Records but also positions him as a trailblazer in the art of fine spirits collecting.

Mr. Viet’s collection stands as a living testament to the preservation of history and craftsmanship across centuries. From Cognacs crafted in the 17th century to Whiskies bottled during landmark historical events, each piece is safeguarded as an irreplaceable relic. This is more than a collection of rare spirits – it is a true cultural legacy, proudly bearing Vietnam’s mark on the global stage.

In his own words, Mr. Viet reflects: “I don’t merely collect spirits; I preserve a piece of humanity’s heritage. Each bottle tells a true story – where history, craftsmanship, and emotion converge in the form of a vintage spirit.”

The recognition of a Vietnamese collector with an unbroken series of Guinness World Records not only commands the admiration of the international community but also serves as a powerful inspiration for Vietnam to continue its ascent in the realms of culture, collecting, and the art of refined living.

With 20 Guinness World Records to his name, this is far from the final chapter. It is merely a milestone in Mr. Viet’s ongoing journey, with new peaks yet to be conquered.
